We take great care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they reach you fresh and in perfect condition. Since we deal with food items, our return policy is limited, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
📦 Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.
However, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during transit
- You received the wrong item
- The product is missing from your order
🔄 Replacement Policy
We offer a free replacement in case of:
- Broken or leaking glass bottles/jars
- Torn or damaged kraft paper packaging
- Incorrect product delivered
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- Include your Order ID
Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
🚫 Non-Eligible Cases
We will not be able to process returns/replacements in the following cases:
- Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Product has been used or consumed
- Damage due to improper storage after delivery
- Minor variations in color, texture, or aroma (natural in spices)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
📦 Packaging Note
Our products are packed in glass bottles, jars, and eco-friendly kraft paper bags. While we ensure strong and secure packaging, glass items are fragile and must be handled carefully after delivery.
